When is my order going to ship?

Usually within 2 - 3 business days.  If you have a drop-dead date for receiving your chime, note it on the order and we will accommodate it.  If we cannot, we will notify you.  If you need expedited shipping, note that fact in the shopping cart.  We will charge you only the difference between ground and expedited.

What is the shipping cost for my order?

There is no charge for ground UPS, USPO or FedEx shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states for our windchimes, except for the Contrabass and Basso Profundo chime.  The charge for auxiliary products is noted in the shopping cart.  Email or call us for a freight quote for international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,  and Contrabass and Basso orders.

How can I cancel my order?

Calling  888-324-4637 or 512-385-0340 IMMEDIATELY is the best way.  You can also email grace@motschimes.com or fax to 512-385-0420.

Can I pick up my order at the shop?

Surely, just note it and we will call you when it is ready for you.  If you have a certain date when you are going to be in the neighborhood, tell us and it’ll be waiting for you.

My order has been submitted but I need to make changes to the order. How do I do this?

Can I choose a ship date order than ASAP?

Sure, any date you want, up to a year from your order date.

Repairs

Music of the Spheres®. Inc. offers a repair service for our branded windchimes and all other windchime brands excluding chimes manufactured by QMT such as Gentle Spirits & Majesty Bells, as they offer their own warranty service.

Repairs of Music of the Spheres®. Inc. chimes that are under warranty are done at no cost to the customers. Warranty covers manufacturer defect only. The only cost would be to ship it to us.
7-year warranty for Soprano, Mezzo, Alto and Westminster
15-year warranty for Tenor, Bass, Contrabass and Basso Profundo

Repair of chimes out of warranty or chimes other than Music of the Spheres®. Inc. brand restringing cost is $25. The additional cost would be shipping your chime to us and return shipping.

Any missing components such as the ring, clapper, or windcatcher are $8 per component. Note/tube replacement are priced by size. Please call us for details.
