Music of the Spheres®. Inc. offers a repair service for our branded windchimes. Other brands offer their own warranty service.

Repairs of Music of the Spheres®. Inc. chimes that are under warranty are done at no cost to the customers. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Paint is NOT covered. The only cost would be to ship it to us.
7-year warranty for Soprano, Mezzo, Alto, and Westminster
15-year warranty for Tenor, Bass, Contrabass and Basso Profundo
Any missing components will be an additional charge. Note/tube replacement are priced by size.
No components are sold individually with the exception of the removable replaceable windcatchers. We do not sell string/cordage/rope.

When sending a chime back for warranted repair or exchange please write on the outside of the box WARRANTED REPAIR OR EXCHANGE.

What is the shipping cost for my order?

When is my order going to ship?
Because of covid, UP TO SIX WEEKS sometimes a little more for large items. We can also delay a ship date if requested.

Can I pick up my order at the shop?
Surely, just note it and we will call you when it is ready for you. If you have a certain date when you are going to be in the neighborhood, tell us and it’ll be waiting for you.

Can I choose a ship date order than ASAP?
Sure, any date you want, up to a year from your order date.
1. If your chime is not active enough, make sure you are hanging it from the knot closer to the chime or you can tie another overhand knot close to that one. Do not hang from a hook or length of cord or chain. Also, you can use a bigger windcatcher. Mail the one you have back to us and we will send the next bigger size out at no charge.
2. If your chime is too active you can remove the windcatcher. If it is not active enough after removing the windcatcher, you can send your windcatcher in for exchange for a smaller windcatcher. You can also purchase any additional windcatcher on our website.
