Wind chime Repair Service
Music of the Spheres®, Inc. offers a repair service and restringing for our wind chimes. We repair both Music of the Spheres®, Inc. wind chimes and many other wind chime brands.
No need to call. Everything you need to know about sending your chime back is below.

Warranted Repairs
Repairs of our chimes that are under warranty are done at no cost. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Paint is NOT covered. The only cost is to ship it to us.
Warranty Period
• 7-year warranty from date of purchase for Soprano, Mezzo, Alto, and Westminster
• 15-year warranty from date of purchase for Tenor, Bass, Contrabass and Basso Profundo
Want to touch up the paint on your chime? We suggest Rust-Oleum Satin Black spray paint.

Out of Warranty Repairs
Repair of chimes out of warranty is $35.00 plus components (if any), return freight, and tax if shipped in Texas.
Repairs of Other Chimes
We can usually repair other chimes. The cost is $75.00 plus components (if any), return freight, and tax if shipped in Texas.
Any missing components will be an additional charge. Note/tube replacement are priced by size.
Please email a clear photo of your wind chime to customerservice@motschimes.com so we can determine whether it can be repaired.
Including a photo of the entire chime and the damaged area will help us respond more quickly.
No components are sold individually with the exception of the removable replaceable windcatchers. We do not sell string/cordage/rope.

When sending a chime back for warranted repair or exchange please write clearly on the OUTSIDE of the box:

You can use any carrier. Please insure and track your shipments. We are unable to confirm receipt of repair shipments.
